Who We Are
TLM One has been a leader in Petroleum Retail Construction for 25 Years. We are s small business that accomplishes a large number of projects. This is due to the amazing staff we have both at Project Sites and our Offices. We would like you to join our team. While we are actively looking for Project Supervisors and Management, we believe in growing from within so there are always opportunities for growth at TLM One. Lastly TLM One operates in the states of Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
What We Do
TLM One’s projects involve all aspects of a retail fueling station, from the fueling to the convenience store. TLM One builds stations from the ground up, raze & rebuilds, or remodels existing facilities. Fueling work includes Underground Storage Tank removal and installation, fuel piping installation, dispenser installation, Veeder root install/replacement, vapor recovery, etc. Convenience store work includes building a new store or remodeling the inside top to bottom including tile, plumbing, light fixtures, shelving, equipment, etc. TLM One also has an established team to build and install Hydrogen Refueling Stations, and EV Charging. Depending on your level of experience, TLM One offers its employees training for many certifications related to Petroleum Retail Construction (including ICC), EV Charging, and Cone & Threading for Medium Pressure Tubing. While you may begin working for TLM at the entry labor position, there is room for advancement. After gaining experience, and confidence from our Project Supervisors one may begin the process to receive your certifications in a specific field.
